Initial Assessment
- The initial consultation lasts an hour, this is an opportunity for you to discuss your needs, talk about your hopes and expectations, also an opportunity fo find out more about Body Psychotherapy and the way I work. You will be asked about yourself and your life history.
All consultations are confidential and bounded by professional codes of conducts and ethics.

Short and Long term therapy
- If we decide to proceed we would agree to an initial 6 sessions, at session 5 will review before taking any longer commitment.
Languages
I offer my service in English and Italian.
Fees
The cost of an hour session is £40.
